Multiple NINs

Dual citizens, and business owners can have multiple NIN. For sake of the system, the Business ID Number is considered as an NIN for the role of management. Let’s take an example of Frank. He is a US citizen, and wants an NIN. He will receive an NIN that begins with 872. Let’s assume that the number is 872 5365 5496. He then becomes a Kaldan citizen, and will receive a Kaldan number Let’s say that is 520 2255 4377. He now has 2 NINs. He has a US NIN, and a Kaldan NIN. Now, let’s assumed that he decides to get a business license. The business now might have the number of 500 8125 4562. There are now 3 numbers at work here. If he decides the business is not working out for him, he can close the business, and drop the Business ID Number. So what can multiple NINs give a person? Well, they can have multiple bank accounts (although no real need for than one). He can have multiple sets of telephone numbers. It will all depend. He will receive a ID card for each NIN he has, but he will only receive 1 GIN. If Frank acquired his GIN as a US citizen, and then gains Kaldan citizenship, his GIN will remain the same. He will receive a new NIN in his government portal.
